Biometrix products are marketed through six different channels:

• Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

Value Added Developers (VARs)
VAR channels develop and customize their own software, normally focused on vertical markets, for Biometrix products. In this case, the provided interface layer is limited to software. |

Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
ISVs develop standard software to sell with Biometrix products. No modifications can be made to the bundled software. |

Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
OEM channels integrate Biometrix components into existing or new hardware devices such as P.O.S., P.D.A., A.T.M., vehicles, etc. |

Distributors
The Distributor channel supplies off-the-shelf Biometrix Products to Resellers, VARs and ISVs. |

Reseller Partners
Resellers are in charge of supplying ready-to-market Biometrix products, such as Series 2000, 3000 and 4000 to the general public. Different types of companies are in this category: small stores, large stores, retail chains, mail-order and on-line vendors. Reseller partner opportunities are influenced by different factors, such as geographic location and coverage, technical support capabilities, existing customer base and markets covered. |

Biometrix’s Direct Sales
Biometrix produces physical access control software for standard market needs. This software is sold by the reseller channel, bundled with each Biometrix Series unit. It comes with a license to manage a single device. Additional licenses for the use of more than one device in the same installation can be purchased through our web site at: www.biometrix.net/licenses. |
