Solution Partner Network (SPN) Registration
Terms and Conditions
Please read and accept the following Terms and Conditions to proceed to the next step in applying for Biometrix’s SPN Program.
Review of Application
This application is submitted by the Applicant to Biometrix for the purpose of becoming a member of Biometrix’s Solution Partner Network. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Biometrix's review of this application does not ensure that the Applicant will be chosen as a member of Biometrix’s SPN. Biometrix reserves the right to accept or reject any application submitted at its sole discretion. Completion of this registration form gives the Applicant immediate but limited access to Biometrix SPN extranet. Once the application is approved, further access to SPN extranet may be offered to the Applicant at Biometrix's sole discretion, depending on the program and level of participation agreed upon. At all times, when using the tools and resources on Biometrix’s S.P.N. that are offered by Biometrix, the user shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules or licenses applicable to such tools and resources. Listing within the Biometrix S.P.N. directory will only be granted to those Applicants who have been previously approved and certified by Biometrix. |
